A key element in our approach to distribution is handling products that require parts and repair service and providing that after-the-sale service. Four of our locations have full fledged service shops offering in-shop and field service on the products we officially represent and other brands. For the manufacturers we officially represent, we offer cradle to grave care including unit sales, installation/fabrication, warranty repairs, parts and repair service for the life of the equipment.
The manufacturers we represent require our technicians to be trained and certified so we invest every year in our techs by sending them to service schools. Each of our locations has a library of technical manuals and Internet access to the latest in manufacturers technical literature. From hand tools to laptop computers our shops have the tools needed to repair ever increasingly complex equipment for our customers.
We understand that our customers use the equipment we represent to make money, so we offer 24-hour call out service for those instances when downtime costs are high. We also have extensive repair parts inventory in all locations that can be drawn on by any of our service technicians for emergency parts needs. The goal of our Service Departments is to make quick, cost effective, lasting repairs the first time.
